The following was received from our customer Claremore Mechanical services after TNT had messed up with a scheduled delivery.

TNT collected the order on time, on tracking everything seemed to be okay and on time, until the tracking  in the afternoon revealed details had changed, TNT were called and advised that out of the two parcels only one had been delivered and the other that had been separated somehow and would be going out for delivery today.

Even though initially it seemed to be bad news, keeping the customer updated resulted in a satisfactory result.
