When it comes to maintaining chillers and AHUs one of the most fundamental steps is to make sure coils are kept clean.

Over time, dirt and debris can build up and can negatively affect the performance levels of your HVAC system. When coils are dirty the system has to work harder to cool the air flowing over them which can cause your system to use more energy and increase costs.
