Hospital receives Aermec chillers

LATEST NEWS

Aermec has delivered the first of four NRB chillers to the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Working in close collaboration with Powertech Refrigeration, its Northern Ireland distributor, the first NRB chiller has been safely delivered to site and craned into position.

The NRB range of chillers offers high efficiencies even with partial loads. Cooling capacities range from 212kW-1004kW. Designed for outdoor installation, the NRB features scroll compressors, axial fans, external copper coils  with aluminium fins which deliver high efficiency levels and uses less refrigerant as well as a plate heat exchanger.

The RVH provides services to the people of Belfast and offers regional specialist services to people from across Northern Ireland, including cardiac surgery, critical care and the Regional Trauma Centre.
