Aermec – shortlisted for Cooling Award

Aermec has been selected as a finalist in this year’s RAC Cooling Awards in the category of Air Conditioning Innovation of the Year.

The Cooling Awards, rewards innovative technologies, recognises projects in large and small companies as well as the contributions of individuals within the HVAC industry.

“The Cooling Awards enable the HVAC industry to showcase skills, innovations and encourage the industry to continually evolve and deliver solutions that benefit our customers whilst reducing emissions and the impact on the environment,” says Paul Lawrence, Managing Director of Aermec UK.

Aermec designed and implemented a more energy efficient cooling strategy, using the latest technologies to provide a cooling solution at a mission critical data centre. The project, showcased Aermec’s expertise in data centre cooling and how it can re-engineer solutions that address sustainability criteria whilst minimising the customer’s environmental impact.

The Aermec team is delighted to have been short-listed, which is an achievement in itself and is looking forward to celebrating the industry’s achievements at the Grosvenor House Ballroom in October.
